Motoring, an Australian website, reports that the engine of the future GT-R Sedan will be a hybrid drivetrain with a detuned V6 gasoline unit and an electrical unit. There are still few details about the engine of the future super sedan, but most probably it will be built around the version of GT-R LM Nismo racer’s turbocharged 3-liter V6 engine. This means that we might expect even around 700 hp.
2019 Nissan GT-R Sedan Price and Release Date
It’s early to say, but prices are expected to be at least similar to those of Nissan GT-R, so will definitely be much more expensive compared with the competition. The price, however, will be justified by excellent driving and performance. Regarding the release date, somewhere in 2018, but these are only rumors for now.
